Mizuno's newest iteration of speed training shoe, the TF-11 utilizes full-length Mizuno COB technology, which helps improve balance and body awareness, in a sharper bottomed outsole geared towards speed and agility, as well as general fitness workouts. A lightweight design with a woven mesh upper combined with a half bootie construction provides an enhanced, soft feel that helps with increased stability. Internal medial and lateral support wings gives extra lockdown to the forefoot.
